A stunning smile.
Beautiful golden hair.
A perfectly proportioned, slender build.
Universally loved and adored by everyone.
These are the characteristics that make me unique. They are not mine, however, but just a few of the developing attributes that have begun to epitomize my two year-old daughter.
My daughter, Avery Sue, is not only the most important thing in my life, she is what make me feel truly unique. Despite a rough start to life, crying and screaming through a few months of an infected tear duct, a nasty case of colic, and an incompetent father, she has blossomed into the most delightful little girl.
The only bad thing about my Avery is the stress that comes from thinking about her getting older. Can you imagine how much worse the stress will be when she turns 16 (or 18) and starts dating?
Avery Sue is my favorite thing about me and the best thing I have ever done. She is everything that makes me unique.
