2016 GOALS

They say you are more likely to follow through on goals and resolutions if you write them down and put them somewhere you will see them. Well, I’ve written my goals for the year down and I’m going to post them here so there is one more place I will see them.

1. Get down to 200 pounds (180-200 lb. goal).
a. No pop. Ever.
b. Drink crystal light or vitamin water instead of Gatorade.
c. Workout every day.
i. Get heart rate up every day.
ii. Do crunches, pullups, pushups regimen.

2. Work on thesis at least one hour a day M-F.
a. Stick to office hours.
b. Meet with advisors weekly.

3. Study scriptures every day.
a. Begin and end with prayer.
b. Read with Summer when possible.

4. Post on blog at least twice a week.
a. Make writing (outside of assignments) a priority.
b. Start podcasting.

5. Figure out what’s next.
a. Graduate.
b. Apply to PhD programs or get a job.
