The Source of Joy

Out of all the girls I have ever met,
One stands apart, a gem in life’s array,
Her beauty, like the sun, does brightly set,
A radiant dawn that greets me each day.

Her laughter, like a brook’s melodic flow,
Refreshes weary hearts, a soothing stream,
In her, a love and kindness freely grow,
A love that feels like life’s most cherished dream.

Her eyes, twin stars that grace the midnight sky,
Do sparkle with a fire of love’s embrace,
With her, my heart soars high, I cannot lie,
She is the source of joy in every place.

In her, I’ve found a love that’s true and rare,
A love that’s boundless, strong beyond compare.
